1. If you purchased one of our products, check your email first for a message with the subject: "Your Delmonte Fitness customer member account". For reasons beyond our control, the email may be delivered instantly after your purchase, or delayed by up to 60 minutes. Please be patient, and also check your spam folder!
2. If you haven't received the email after one hour, you can request a new password here. This is the fastest option to receive your username & password.
If you still cannot log in or did not receive the new password (of step 2) after 20 minutes, please contact our Help Desk
